At Portable Oxygen Solutions, we want to make it easy to receive your portable oxygen concentrator.

Free Same-Day Shipping
● Free same-day shipping on in-stock items
● Valid ONLY for standard ground delivery
● To the contiguous United States (48 states) only, excludes Alaska and Hawaii
● Same-day shipping applies to orders processed by 3pm EST Mon-Fri, excluding holidays
● For ALL products that require prescription verification, shipping times begin once the prescription has been received and verified
● Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee

Additional Shipping Information
● Ground shipments maybe sent via FedEx or UPS
● Orders require a physical address for shipping. We do not ship to PO box addresses
● Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee

● Expedited shipping times begin upon shipment of product. Prescription verification time may vary, and will impact overall delivery times

Alaska And Hawaii
● All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via FedEx 2 day service and will incur an additional shipping charge based on weight of the package. Please call for Shipping Charges.
● Due to the distance, shipments may take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive
● You will receive a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been processed for shipment

Shipping Restrictions

● Shipping to destinations outside of the United States is not available at this time
